As a member of Hi-Land Credit Union, it is important that you know, there is no need to worry about the security or privacy of your personal information.  With us your personal information will always stay that way, personal and private.

Our website is designed to give you vital information about your credit union.  You can learn whom we are, where we are, about our rates, calculate a payment, and apply for a loan.

The only information we gather about you from our web site is information you give us.  An example of this would be our loan application.  The information from our application is very basic and is used only by us to begin processing your loan.  When you send in a loan application from our Internet site we will receive your e-mail address, and any other information, which may be included in your e-mail header.  You will not receive any unsolicited mail or e-mail from us.

We do share your name and address with CUNA Mutual Group a company that supports us with additional services we do not currently have.  If you wish to opt out of your information being shared with this company please e-mail us at the following link.  ckoch@hilandcu.com
